Welcome to Tripzo (“Tripzo,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tripzo website, membership portal, content, products, advertisements, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using Tripzo, you (“you,” “user,” “member,” or “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY

To use Tripzo, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.

Have the legal authority to enter binding contracts.

Use Tripzo for lawful purposes only.

Provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering or submitting forms.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

2. MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Tripzo offers paid memberships that provide access to travel discounts, community tools, bonus features, and additional benefits. Memberships may include:

Additional Timeshare Owner Bonus Features

Advertising tools for promoting timeshares

Access to the Tripzo community and client portal

2.1 Billing

Memberships renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize Tripzo to charge your selected payment method.

2.2 Membership Fees

Fees are listed at checkout and may vary by plan. Tripzo reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Any change will apply at the next billing cycle and be communicated beforehand.

2.3 Cancellation

Members may cancel anytime through their account portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Tripzo does not provide partial refunds or credits for unused time unless required by law.

3. TIMESHARE OWNER BONUS FEATURES

Timeshare owners may purchase additional membership features, including:

3.1 Timeshare Advertising Membership

Members who own a timeshare outside of Tripzo may promote their timeshare for rent or sale within the Tripzo community portal and on social media via integrated tools.

Fee: $99 per month for each timeshare week advertised

Advertising is subject to review and approval by Tripzo.

Tripzo does not guarantee leads, bookings, inquiries, or sales.

3.2 Listing Requirements

Timeshare listings must:

Be accurate, truthful, and lawful

Include only property you own or are authorized to advertise

Not infringe on third-party rights

Tripzo reserves the right to remove any listing at its sole discretion.

4. THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS & REFERRALS

Tripzo partners with independent third-party companies (“Partners”), including a Timeshare Exit company.

4.1 Referral Submissions

When a member completes a form for a third-party service:

Tripzo will transmit the information to the Partner.

The Partner will contact the member directly.

Tripzo is not responsible for the Partner’s decisions, services, outcomes, fees, or communication.

4.2 Referral Fee

Tripzo may earn a referral commission (such as the $500 referral fee from the Timeshare Exit Partner). Members acknowledge and consent to this financial relationship.

4.3 No Guarantee

Tripzo makes no guarantees regarding:

Timeshare cancellation

Debt resolution

Negotiation outcomes

Legal protections

Response times from Partners

All services are between the member and the Partner.

5. USER CONDUCT

Users agree not to:

Misuse, hack, or disrupt the platform

Post misleading, fraudulent, or defamatory content

Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code

Resell, scrape, or distribute Tripzo content

Use the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Tripzo content, including branding, software, tools, text, graphics, logos, designs, and digital assets, is the property of Tripzo and protected by law.

Users may not:

Copy

Reproduce

Sell

Modify

Distribute

…any Tripzo intellectual property without written consent.

7. DISCLAIMERS

Tripzo provides its service “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

Travel availability

Discounts

Timeshare referrals

Advertising results

Platform uptime

Partner service outcomes

Financial results of any kind

All travel prices, hotel inventory, and partner offers are subject to change without notice.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tripzo is not liable for:

Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of profits, sales, or business

Delays, errors, or interruptions in service

Issues caused by third-party providers

Inaccurate listings submitted by users

Total aggregate liability is limited to the total amount paid to Tripzo in the past 12 months.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tripzo, its owners, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Services

Your listings or submissions

Violations of these Terms

Interactions with third-party Partners

10. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Tripzo may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for any violation of these Terms or for suspicious/abusive activity.

No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Tripzo may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within New Jersey.
